Welcome![edit]

Hello, ALLBN, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as User:ALLBN/sandbox, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. A tag has been placed on User:ALLBN/sandbox, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. I am not sure why you would block me??? I have made one page for a group that was deleted by Orangemike. I worked with him to understand why it was deleted and he reverted the deletion so I could correct it, but before I could I was blocked???? I understand that some of the language was a bit biased that I took from their website however I also had dozens of independent sources and was trying to be impartial. Why dont you help people improve instead of bulling them? ALLBN (talk) 21:21, 29 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I am sorry Deb, I am feeling very frustrated... I was trying to do a good thing, make pages for nonprofit organizations I want to know more about. There is a steep learning curve with Wikipedia and I have felt very bullied while I am trying to do my best. I read your FAQ page and it explained a lot. I had no idea I could label my page "under construction", that is exactly what I wanted to do. Is it possible to be unblocked and have my original page undeleted so I may put it "under construction" while I try to improve it. It is frustrating to spend so much time on something and have it deleted in a second. I welcome your contributions and advice for us novices. thank you ALLBN (talk) 22:14, 29 July 2020 (UTC) ALLBN[reply]

Request reason:

the block is no longer necessary because I understand that some of my language was biased however I was not intentionally promoting, and once it was pointed out I tried to fix it (but could not because I was blocked), I will not do it again, and try my best to make productive contributions instead ALLBN (talk) 04:45, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Accept reason:

Procedural accept; block was already lifted. Yamla (talk) 10:34, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Accept reason:

I was a little hasty in blocking. I failed to recognise that you were still in discussion with User:Orangemike. Please follow his advice. Deb (talk) 08:57, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Deb- I can not follow Orangemike's advice because you also deleted the page when you blocked me. I have never been able to revise the mistakes I made on this (my first) page because as soon as it was published it was deleted and as soon as it was reverted back it was deleted again and I was blocked! Could you please revert back my page so I may amend this and please label it under construction so this does not happen immediately after again. Thank you! ALLBN (talk) 17:13, 30 July 2020 (UTC)ALLBN[reply]

Never mind, I thought it was faster to remake the page. It is underconstruction. ALLBN (talk) 18:34, 30 July 2020 (UTC)ALLBN[reply]

Moved to draft and will start improving. Cheers, CompassOwl (talk to me!) 17:53, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I am not sure where the page went to? Do you mind publishing it if you think it is OK? Thanks again for all of your help and guidance!!! Much appreciated! ALLBN (talk) 18:47, 5 August 2020 (UTC)ALLBN[reply]

October 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Conservation CATalyst, from its old location at User:ALLBN/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Nathan2055talk - contribs 19:10, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much! I am trying to tag Conservation CATalyst with "woman scientist" "conservation" etc. to help expedite the approval process but it will not allow me to? Any advice or assistance is greatly appreciated. One of my goals for 2020 was to build my first WIki page and I am hoping to accomplish it.

(@Nathan2055:)

Thanks again!!! ALLBN (talk) 18:24, 5 December 2020 (UTC)ALLBN[reply]
