Barnstar![edit]

The Working Wikipedian's Barnstar
For your work in adding and replacing infoboxes on the ICC Hall of Fame cricketers; a rather thankless task but one that improved the articles immensely. Well done! Mattinbgn\talk 00:37, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Userbox for GA reviews[edit]

The userbox {{User Good Articles reviewed}} has been updated so that it can now link to a page in your user subspace where you keep track of all your GA reviews, if you have such a page. This can be done by adding a | and then the name of your user subpage (or subsection of your regular user page) wherever you have the template called. For example, on my user page I am using

{{User Good Articles reviewed|6|User:Rjanag/GA reviews}}

which displays as

This user has reviewed 6 Good Article nominations on Wikipedia.

There is more information on how to do this at Template:User Good Articles reviewed.

Note: If you are not interested in doing this, you don't have to do anything; the template will still work for you exactly as it does now.

Match report[edit]

I was just wondering why you chose soccerbase over BBC for the League Two play-off final match report?[1] Admittedly the documentation for Template:Footballbox gives no guidance whatsoever, but I'd have thought that a write-up plus line-ups would be preferable to line-ups alone? --Jameboy (talk) 19:23, 24 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I believe the last player on the list should be Poonam Raut? Can you change the template to a redlink, if that's correct?I don't feel comfortable editing templates, so I ask. I've created stubs for all the other redlinks on this template, and I'll do one for this, if it's the correct name. Thx -SpacemanSpiff (talk) 18:10, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've done it, and it doesn't look like I goofed up. -SpacemanSpiff (talk) 20:53, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Perfect, thx. No red links on the nav bar now. I'm hoping to get the all the girls in blue, blue linked within the next couple of weeks. -SpacemanSpiff (talk) 23:30, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thomas Selby[edit]

Hello there. I'm afraid I don't know but, as the cricketer was 36 at the time of the ground's opening, there is a strong possibility that it is the same man. It could of course have been his father or perhaps an uncle with the same name. I'm not really sure where you would get the answer without doing some legwork. You could try contacting Kent CCC to see if they have a club historian or archivist who might be able to help. I like the article about the ground. Keep up the good work. All the best. --Jack | talk page 03:48, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Twenty20[edit]

Thanks for your great work so far on the T20 article. Could you possibly split the 2008 article in a similar way (it shouldn't take long as the result boxes are already there). I will complete the results for the 2009 south division. 03md 23:13, 6 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Can you help with a couple of sourcing requests I have listed here? Hoping to take the list to Featured status. cheers. -SpacemanSpiff 20:53, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Awesome, thank you[edit]

Thank you for your barnstar. Amazing how that article had gone with essentially no edits since I had created it. Thank you for expanding it. Hope you are doing well. Bobo. 18:54, 22 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
