Hi. You added to this article the category "American people of German descent". While this may be factually correct, its Wikipedia's policy that categories must be supported by information in the article, and there's nothing in the article to indicate his ethnicity. If you want to substantiate this, you must find a citation from a reliable source and insert the information into the article using that citation as a supporting reference. Absent this, the category cannot be added - so please don't revert my removal. Let me know if you have any questions. Best, Beyond My Ken (talk) 01:16, 29 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Air France Flight 2306, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://aviation-safety.net/database/record.php?id=19931210-1.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) DC-8 incidents[edit]

Hello. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but your addition to Douglas DC-8 did not include references and was reverted. Providing references for additions or changes helps to maintain Wikipedia's policy of verifiability. If you have questions related to this article, post it at Talk:Douglas DC-8. Thanks. -Fnlayson (talk) 19:04, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Air France Flight 2306 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Nidal A. Ayyad. The community has decided that all new biographies of living persons must contain a reliable source that supports at least one statement made about the person in the article as per our verifiability policy. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:10, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Nidal A. Ayyad requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Evaders99 (talk) 01:41, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A7 is not applicable, as "a conspirator in the WTC bombing" is inherently a credible claim of notability. A10 (duplicates another article) would apply, but better that it be a redirect to the article on the WTC bombing, since it was a sub-stub with no other information in it. I've done that. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Finnair Flight 405. Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Blocked[edit]

You've been warned five or six times now about introducing copyrighted material into articles. As you have continued to do this, in exactly the same way and without discussion, I have disabled this account until you respond and acknowledge that you understand the problem and will cease the behavior. Kuru (talk) 14:34, 27 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, okay. Sooooorrrrrryyy. I quite Copyrighting or whatever it's call. I not a lawyer when it comes to copyright. I just thought Wikipedia should have ALL hijackings, not just the most important. You have me word as a Jedi. AOCJedi (talk) 23:55, 27 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Or whatever it's called? Are you saying that you are incapable of understanding the warnings above, or was that a joke? I'm afraid I must insist on a real answer; I can't unblock until I'm sure the behavior will not repeat. Kuru (talk) 01:05, 28 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I meant I'm not good at remembering what it's called. Ay dios mio. AOCJedi (talk) 01:40, 28 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • It does not appear to me that AOCJedi actually understands what copyright means, or what a copyright violation is, and if that's the case, his pledge not to do it again is not worth much. One has to comprehend what one did wrong before one can undertake not to repeat the deed. Beyond My Ken (talk) 03:32, 28 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
    • You have me word that I shall not make any more copyright infringements. AOCJedi (talk) 19:47, 28 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Based on the link below, it's fairly clear what your word is worth. I have no intention of removing this block. Kuru (talk) 22:51, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
