While this may be factually correct, its Wikipedia's policy that categories must be supported by information in the article, and there's nothing in the article to indicate his ethnicity. - A7 is not applicable, as "a conspirator in the WTC bombing" is inherently a credible claim of notability. A10 (duplicates another article) would apply, but better that it be a redirect to the article on the WTC bombing, since it was a sub-stub with no other information in it. I've done that.
