You created an unsourced highly promotional advertisement for the Audi, also copied on your user page. Your other edits were multiple spamlinks for cardaily, all reverted.

You are at least a spam only account, and probably an undisclosed paid editor. The instructions for appealing against the block are above. You should include in your reason what you will write about if you are unblocked.
