Promotional United States fake currency[edit]

The example you added here [1] is not promotional by any means. The person used the money as if it were real and by doing so committed fraud. @Aang Le: I don't understand why you cant wait out the 6 months so you can make edits again that stay on Wikipedia. Don't just say "you will" as I saw your exchange with another editor back in March about this very same issue. As it stands you aren't banned by the Wikimedia foundation nor are you banned through the Arbitration Committee, so WP:OFFER still is out there for you.
