The comment the reviewer left was: The article was declined 4 times previously and none of these sources seem to satisfy WP:INDEPTH. Therefore I'm rejecting it as it would be a waste of time to continue reviewing it when it's clear they are not notable or the author does not want to put in the effort of finding good sources.

In response to your email (since I would much prefer to discuss this rejection on-wiki rather than through email, especially with a user who I do not trust), I suggest you actually read WP:INDEPTH. The source you provided is no where close to satisfying WP:INDEPTH. Thank you for your message. I'm an official editor on Polish Wikipedia :) I know WP:INDEPTH policy, however here (on English Wiki), I'm struggling with lack of relevant sources in English. Please help by adding more sources to the article you edited, and/or by clarifying how the sources already given support the claims (see here for how to do inline referencing). I suggest that, if you are looking to expand this article, you initially add just a couple of well-cited sentences, so that other editors can review your work and the quality of the citations.
