About the Concept-Oriented Design Entry[edit]

Thank you for taking the time to speak as a human about the entry. I was trying to be as forth coming as I could with the commentary about the article. It seems like I offended a few people without even knowing it. That is the problem of text... intent is lost. The other editors were probably just used to spam and not someone actually trying to determine if their article was proper for Wikipedia.

I have made a few contributions by updating various pages about Augmented Reality and such in the past. I think i'll back out of Wikipedia though and stick to reading it and doing my publishing in journals and conferences.

Thank you for the comments. Keep the human in the loop or else people will stop contributing. Cwingrav 04:17, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to WikiProject CS[edit]

Welcome to WikiProject Computer science. Glad to see you've decided to join us! The level of project activity is pretty variable - sporadic bursts of discussion followed by long periods of very little. But it's worth keeping the project talk page on your watchlist in case anything comes up. Anyway, welcome aboard! --Allan McInnes (talk) 05:04, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your "Honestly Anonymous" proposal[edit]

Hi, Abcarter. I was impressed with your "Honestly Anonymous" proposal on Jimbo's talk page, and I wanted to encourage you to develop it further and propose it at Wikipedia:Village pump (policy). I think that if we could develop a policy like this, it would be a positive development from this sad affair. —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 19:05, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Autocoder[edit]

I've copied your comment to Talk:Autocoder and responded there. -R. S. Shaw 18:10, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ingmar Bergman[edit]

I noticed that you semi-reverted my changes relating to the false tax charges and exil. I think the events are very much related to his career: the fact that it was almost completely halted for eight years, and why Fanny and Alexander departed so much from other Bergman works. Do you think we could re-incorporate this section with the career section in a way that feels more natural? --Camptown 20:42, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Integrated banner for WikiProject Computer science[edit]

Advice[edit]

My friend, possibly this is not exactly your personal field, but I was wondering if you could help me on this matter: In my computer, I cannot install ActiveX. I have updated the Internet to its latest version. Please respond if you wish. Aidoflight (talk) 00:29, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Stéphane Lafleur may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Edson oda requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
