Copyright, promotion and conflict of interest[edit]
We cannot accept copyright information on the basis of an assertion by someone on the end of a wire that he wrote it. It is essential to make a copyright release by the process explained at WP:Donating copyrighted materials.
But that is not usually worth doing, because material written for sites like Facebook usually has a promotional tone quite unsuitable for an encyclopedia article, which requires a WP:Neutral point of view, and copying a page from Facebook does nothing to meet Wikipedia's requirement to demonstrate notability by references that show "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject."
As you work for Mayur Puri you have, from Wikipedia's point of view, a WP:Conflict of interest and, as you have been warned above, you should not be writing about him here. Wikipedia is not to be used for promotion of any kind. There are plenty of other sites like Myspace and LinkedIn where you can write about him, but Wikipedia is different. Manual of style[edit]
When editing, please don't reinsert incorrect manual of style like in you did in Mayur Puri. Wikipedia articles follow a manual of style, which for headers is that they appear in sentence case not title case. This means only the first word and any proper nouns begin with capitals. For example, "Personal life" not "Personal Life", "Early career" not "Early Career", etc. Take a look at WP:HEAD, where the manual of style policy for headers is explained.
