Regarding Lip Ink International[edit]

You've added some more sources, which is good. However, take care that you're not adding too many press releases to the article. Press releases aren't considered independent sources, since they're usually written by the company in question. For example, the Digital Journal references appears to be a press release. Another concern I have about the references is that they don't seem to discuss the subject in significant detail. A lot of the articles just have a sentence or two about Lip Ink International. That's good for establishing that the company exists, but it doesn't say a lot about what they do or why they're notable. Take a look at WP:42 and WP:N for more information about this. I'll let someone else on the AfC team have a shot at reviewing the article, but I think it'd be a good idea to find references that talk about Lip Ink International in depth.

Rather than looking at the article, I decided to search for reliable sources myself so I could improve the article directly. All I found were press releases and this review of the company which says "The office culture is like life in prison. All the employees are afraid of the CEO who on a regular basis undermines and ridicules the employees. The morale could not be worse. The company needs to hire a competent marketing professional and restructure the business. Inventory management is non-existent." However, that is a self published source and cannot be used. I think you should find another article to edit.

Your understanding of referencing is poor, your articles and drafts are promotional, and you need guidance, mentoring, if you are to enjoy editing here. There is more than the hint of paid editing about the way you promote organisations, but this could also be confused with a lack of competence.

Wikipedia is easy to edit, but it is not simple.
