NIU shooting discussion[edit]

  • You can make your argument once without the need to copy/paste it throughout the discussion. I'd read it either way. will381796 (talk) 20:43, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • Well you made the same argument over several discussions. I posted the same reply to places where you made the same point. Therefore, if you do not want me to duplicate my argument, don't duplicate yours.--Aboveloan0239 (talk) 00:59, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Talk pages[edit]

Talk pages are for discussing the article, not for making random stupid remarks about the subject. If a comment is off-topic or harmful enough for someone to remove it, please don't put it back. Friday (talk) 22:26, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Stop edit warring. You may be blocked from editing if you continue. Please, take some time to learn what it is we do here, if you are going to contribute. Friday (talk) 22:32, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Friday is correct. You asked for policy: read WP:BLP about the removal of derogatory comments from talk pages as well as articles, and WP:TALK for the purpose of talk pages. The juvenile comments posted were completely unrelated to improving the article, and were defamatory. I hope this clarifies policy for you. Thank you for your cooperation. OK that's what i was looking for. -Aboveloan0239 (talk) 22:37, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Again, stop edit warring. Friday (talk) 22:41, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
If you continue to use talk pages such as Talk:Samantha Power for inappropriate discussions you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Tvoz |talk 22:42, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What? Please cite a rule on that page. And that is guideline which can be overlooked via DISCUSSION ON TALK PAGE. -Aboveloan0239 (talk) 22:46, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Editors do not need to quote from a rulebook to justify their actions. Again, please make some effort to learn what we do at Wikipedia before assuming you must be right and everyone else must be wrong. Friday (talk) 22:47, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I have tirelessly tried to talk on the Talk page. I have received nothing but threats, rv, and talk page avoidance in return. I have made no remarks regarding Samantha Power. Please stop.-Aboveloan0239 (talk) 22:48, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

I have blocked you from editing for 31 hours, for edit warring. Do not restore off-topic talk page comments when other editors have removed them. If you don't change your approach, I expect your next block will be for longer. Friday (talk) 22:48, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please restore the info on her marriage. I'll be a good boy now, daddy.-Aboveloan0239 (talk) 22:49, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Here's the bottom line. There are two options here: 1) You're very bad at the kind of collaborative editing Wikipedia requires, or 2) You're intentionally being difficult to work with. It does not matter which of these two is true - either one is disruptive. If you want to contribute constructively, please do so after the block expires. Friday (talk) 22:52, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
