Don't put words in my mouth. I was responding to "nobody is letting me get a revert". I said that if Wayne Olajuwon (talk · contribs) comes to Wikipedia, only to find that others are reaching vandalism quicker than he, it's a waste of time. If one is incapable or has a slow Internet connection, waiting around for vandalism to revert is a waste of time. My spidey sense...

...told me it's a long term troublemaker, and as I started to dig, indeed that's what I've been finding -- see for example 89.80.162.186 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log). AngryOptin for non-articles also requires the Optin.

Please, correct me if I am wrong, but per WP:LEGAL the statement that someone makes "a fraudulent attempt to whitewash Marxist terrorism, in effect turning the discussion into an advertisement for terrorism;"[1] is a perceived legal threat, and even much more serious one, because propaganda of terrorism, by contrast to libel, is a felony. If you want to poke one of the admins out there, I remember a perfect example of a G1 called How to Eat a Scorpion While it is Mating (in its first iteration). Not only is the title a laugh, it's (if I remember correctly) essentially lorem ipsum text. It's one of the only true G1's I've had in my months on NPP. it doesn't. And more often than not, several people get blocked for this or this on the way to an FA. Sure we need more FAs but we also need many more admins to deal with vandals, in addition to the way-too-frequent situation of having a blatant G10 sit there all night. I'm beginning to think...

...that I haven't been around long enough to successfully become an administrator. Looking at the successful and unsuccessful RfAs, I can see that most editors that have less than a year of experience fail their RfA. Diannaa is the only editor I've come across with only a year of experience that will pass an RfA (unless there's an unusually large amount of last-minute opposes). You're right; I have much copy editing and anti-vandal work. I also have some CSD work and I created WikiProject American Old West. However, I haven't helped improve articles to GA or FA status as Diannaa has. And while I do have a few DYKs, they're nothing compared to what Diannaa's done. I don't know; I guess it couldn't hurt to try. Now the only problem is I have school tomorrow (but thankfully I have Friday off), so I won't be able to answer the optional questions as fast should I accept the nomination.
