i have been taking topomax for 11 months now off and on at doctors advice without issue for chronic severe and disabling migraines. I orally intake a total of 25mgs a day. i have attributed taking topomax to thinking through water. like when your try and run in the deep end when your a kid... no matter how hard you try you think you ran a mile but you have only moved a foot. it saddens me to suffer so much for pain relief from the feeling that my skull is sheering open from the inside out.
