Thanks for your upload to Wikipedia:

You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. Message delivered by Theo's Little Bot (opt-out) 21:06, 25 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Bot flag on frwiki[edit]

Hello,

As a bureaucrat on frwiki, I was checking the activity of the bots, and noticed that yours had been inactive for at least 6 months. It is not reasonable that an unmonitored account keeps a bot flag, as it may be more easily hacked. Do you wish to keep the bot flag? If this is the case, please tell me so (preferably on my talk page on frwiki, otherwise on my talk page on this project). Without any answer from you, the bot flag will be removed in one month.

Thank you for your comprehension, Litlok (talk) 16:23, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your answer; OK then, I won't remove the bot flag. Good holiday Litlok (talk) 06:46, 11 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Addihockey10,

I noticed that your bot on japanese Wikipedia has been inactive for more than a year. If you wish to keep its bot flag, please use once within a month. If you no longer need it, the bot flag will be removed.

Orphaned non-free image File:Atari old logo.svg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Atari old logo.svg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:20, 16 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is a message from the Wikimedia Foundation. Translations are available.

As you may know, the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees approved a new "Access to nonpublic information policy" on 25 April 2014 after a community consultation. The former policy has remained in place until the new policy could be implemented. That implementation work is now being done, and we are beginning the transition to the new policy.

An important part of that transition is helping volunteers like you sign the required confidentiality agreement. All Wikimedia volunteers with access to nonpublic information are required to sign this new agreement, and we have prepared some documentation to help you do so.

The Wikimedia Foundation is requiring that anyone with access to nonpublic information sign the new confidentiality agreement by 15 December 2015 (OTRS users have until 22 December 2015) to retain their access. You are receiving this email because you have access to nonpublic information and are required to sign the confidentiality agreement under the new policy.

Signing the confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information is conducted and tracked using Legalpad on Phabricator. The general confidentiality agreement is now ready, and the OTRS agreement will be ready after 22 September 2015. We have prepared a guide on Meta-Wiki to help you create your Phabricator account and sign the new agreement: Confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information/How to sign

If you have any questions or experience any problems while signing the new agreement, please visit this talk page or email me (gvarnum@wikimedia.org). Again, please sign this confidentiality agreement by 15 December 2015 (OTRS users have until 22 December 2015) to retain your access to nonpublic information. If you do not wish to retain this access, please let me know and we will forward your request to the appropriate individuals.

Thank you,
Gregory Varnum (User:GVarnum-WMF), Wikimedia Foundation

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hello, one (or more) of the images you uploaded that fell into the {{Non-free Scout logo nocontent}} category have been re-tagged with {{Di-fails NFCC}}. This means that the image may be deleted unless rationale for its inclusion on Wikipedia can be provided. This change was made due to a deletion discussion for the first template. Your bot in Ukrainian Wikipedia[edit]

Hi. You have received this message, because you have a bot in Ukrainian Wikipedia. For a long time, your bot has not committed any actions in our project. Currently, Ukrainian Wikipedia community decides what to do with inactive bots. We encourage you to visit this page and inform the community whether you would need the bot flag in the future, and if so, why. If you no longer need the flag, we would be grateful if you inform the community.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me on my talk page, or place them on the page to which I have referred. Unfortunately, I cannot look at all the pages, so if you ask the question here, most likely, I can not answer.

We expect a response from you within a week of receiving this message.

Thank you for attention. Best regards, bureaucrat of Ukrainian Wikipedia Максим Підліснюк (talk) 19:37, 30 March 2016 (UTC)

Possible removal of AWB access due to inactivity[edit]

Hello! There is currently a request for approval of a bot to manage the AutoWikiBrowser CheckPage by removing inactive users, among other tasks. You are being contacted because you may qualify as an inactive user of AWB. First, if you have any input on the proposed bot task, please feel free to comment at the BRFA. Should the bot task be approved, your access to AWB may be uncontroversially removed if you do not resume editing within a week's time. This is purely for routine maintenance of the CheckPage, and is not indicative of wrongdoing on your part. You will be able regain access at any time by simply requesting it at WP:PERM/AWB. Thank you! MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 23:36, 8 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Addihockey10! This message is to inform you that due to editing inactivity, your access to AutoWikiBrowser may be temporarily removed. Addihockey10 (automated)[edit]

Hello. According to the inactivity policy, the bureaucrats are reviewing activity on the Hungarian Wikipedia, and you meet the inactivity criteria. If you want to keep Addihockey10 (automated)'s flag, please contact the bureaucrats at bureaucrats' noticeboard. If there is no response at all after 14 days or you express to resign your rights, bureaucrats will proceed to remove your bot right. If you have any questions, please contact the bureaucrats here. Hello,

Given the inactivity of your bot on fr.wp, it lost its flag on fr.wp. Should you come back and wish for it again, you only need to ask for it on fr:Wikipédia:Bot/Statut.

Notice

The file File:Canadian $10 note specimen - face.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NFCC 3a - already depicted in article as part of File:Canadian Frontier Banknotes faces.png

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
