Mr Burns' age

you'd posted about Mr Burns age some time ago. I"m in favor of keeping the age int he box at "Undetermined", since the numbers given for Burns' age vary throughout the series. The various ages given can then all be put in the age section. What do you think? --takethemud 06:32, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

That sounds like a great idea... Maybe for his infobox, put "See Age Below", then put a simple bulleted list of episodes that cite his various ages. I think I mentioned this once a few months ago, while I was still editing regularly, but I currently have only limited internet access, so I do not know if anything ever happened about it. You might want to check the Simpsons Wikiproject, if it's still active, to see if it's in the To Do or current projects list... if not, bring it up... - Adolphus79 20:05, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

Season 8

Hi, myself and Gran are currently working on getting Season 8 to Featured topic status. We're about a third of the way there. If you own the Season 8 DVDs, it would be a big help you could work on a page or two. Find out more here. Thanks for the time, Scorpion 19:08, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

I'm sorry, I don't own the DVDs... I'll take a look and see if I can't at least help with some of the minor cleanup tho... - Adolphus79 19:10, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

The Ohio comment at The Simpsons

May I request to know why this was removed? It is clearly correct, the article referred to contains the information. δσώпҹ (talk)(cont) 15:15, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

The creators and writers of The Simpsons have made clues in several different episodes as to Springfield's whereabouts. These include about a dozen different states, including one fictional state. Saying that it is in Ohio is incorrect only because there is no verifiability, just like saying it is in any other state. You might want to check out Springfield (The Simpsons) for an idea of where Springfield could be. Good luck, and happy editing... - Adolphus79 15:30, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

There's a couple of other Mitsubishi vehicle articles which have section similar to the one hived off from Mitsubishi GTO, namely Mitsubishi FTO, Mitsubishi Eclipse and Mitsubishi Starion. Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution had one until I nuked it a month ago, and to my surprise it hasn't reappeared.

Anyway, rather than create three different articles similar to List of Mitsubishi GTO appearances in media, all of which are of similar stubbiness, I'd recommend creating an overall Mitsubishi vehicles in media page, and redirecting from individual model articles to sections within that page. Just to let you know of my plans, and to give you a chance to offer an opinion.

I can see a benefit in the structure of the page, because rather than the typical bulleted "Car A appeared in PS2 game X", we can have a single section which says "Game X featured Cars A, B, and C", which will be prose instead of a list. It'll also be easier to explain appearances in, say, Jackie Chan movies by concentrating on the fact that the actor has a longstanding association with the company, rather than just listing isolated bullet points out of context. There's plenty of info (in fact, a dedicated section) at Mitsubishi Motors which has the necessary information, all of it referenced. The sooner the page is tidied in this fashion, the less likelihood there is of it falling foul of an AfD which, right now, it wouldn't survive. --DeLarge 16:06, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
