I don't think it can be corrected, the fair use rationale you are using is for a logo, this isn't a logo. And I don't think the image can be used, although I'm not an expert. You can ask at Wikipedia:Non-free content review. Corvus cornix_talk 02:35, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Image:Roni browers.JPG

Proposed deletion of Berwyn Heights drug raid

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Berwyn Heights drug raid, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. A tag has been placed on Image:Logo crushed.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.
