I do not see a block on this account. Please post, below this note, the exact wording you see when you try to edit. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 10:24, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

plz unblock me its show [You are currently unable to edit Wikipedia. You are still able to view pages, but you are not currently able to edit, move, or create them. Editing from 2A03:2880:11:0:0:0:0:0/48 has been blocked (disabled)]

The above editors range is proxy blocked. @JamesBWatson: was the blocking admin so may be able to confirm if the block is still required. Amortias (T)(C) 20:25, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  1. The blocked range is used to host an anonymous proxy service which is specifically publicised as existing for the purpose of enabling people to evade protection on web sites. Such use of proxies is not normally permitted on Wikipedia. (The proxy is hosted by Facebook Ireland Ltd, and publicised as being for the purpose of evading blocking of Facebook, so that for example it can be used in schools which block Facebook access. However, it can just as easily be used to evade blocking of access to other web sites, such as Wikipedia.)
  2. You have made an edit to another page since you posted this unblock request, so you clearly are able to edit without using the proxy, which means that you don't need the unblock.

For both those reasons, I recommend that the unblock request be declined. In answer to the point raised by Amortias, yes, the block is still required. I have checked right now, and the IP range is still hosting an anonymous proxy. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 13:58, 25 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This has nothing to do with you being a good or bad Wikipedian. It has to do with your IP range hosting an anonymous proxy. only (talk) 12:36, 28 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
