Image copyright problem with Image:ItalianaNT -1-.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:ItalianaNT -1-.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sue Anne 23:13, 4 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

User IndigoGenius and deletia[edit]

While your opinion is notable in favor of User:IndigoGenius, please note that adding to a previously archived deletion discussion is considered bad form - especially if you know you should not do this.

Hello. Before making potentially controversial edits, such as those you made to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cesidian Root, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Also, make sure to use an informative edit summary for such edits. Otherwise, people might consider your edits to be vandalism. Thank you.

Johann Gottfried Eckard[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate your creation of the article, Johann Gottfried Eckard, but we cannot accept copyrighted text borrowed from other web sites or printed material. Please see Wikipedia:Copyright problems for more information on this topic, or generally, Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines. However, if you would like to rewrite the article in your own words, follow the link in the posted notice to create a temporary subpage. If your new article is appropriate, and not a further copyright violation, the reviewing administrator will move that new article into place once the copyright status of the original has been resolved. Care to translate something?[edit]

Hello Aint, I just saw that the List of executioners features (under "Germany") a certain Franz Schmidt who has no article in the English Wikipedia while there is one in German (de:Franz Schmidt (Henker)). Since you are a native speaker of English and a five-star German speaker: Would you care to translate into English? Or, if you're too busy and/or disinterested, would you care to look over a text that I might translate (German native, English "fluent")? --Kauko56 07:18, 10 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Peter Bengtson, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. WikiProject Munich[edit]

Would you be interested in helping out atWikiProject Munich? And you don't have to know anything about Munich. Maybe you could help out on bringing Munich-related articles up to Wikipedia Policies and guidlines standards or maybe another area where you could help improve Munich-related articles. Notice

The article Corporate republic has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Government theory lacks in-depth coverage to meet WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
