FCC Great Northern template[edit]

Hi Ajcoxuk. I'm not sure we should really include Harston on this template as the main point of it is to show the FCC services rather than the actual route infrastructure itself. If we include every little detail it might make it too complicated, and people can look at the articles of the individual lines for things like that. Hope that sounds ok. Yes, agreed! Sorry - I got confused between the Great Northern Route and the Hitchin-Cambridge Line (were it already is). Guess I got carried away :-) While I think about it - do you think the GN Route template page is mis-named, i.e. instead of template:First Capital Connect services should it be called template:First Capital Connect GN services or the like? Yeah it probably should be moved to something with a better name like that. When I created it at it's current location I was going to make the template show both GN and Thameslink services, but then realise how complicated it would be! Great Northern Line[edit]

Hi Ajcoxuk, thanks for your note on my talkpage. My comments referred to the lack of WP:verifiability in a number of sections. For instance: the summary of Services, is presumably taken from a published timetable - that could be used as a citation; statements about electrification in 1976 & 1978 lack citations; and, the future development section has only one citation. If you could fix those, the article could be regraded to C-class; and possibly with some more History it would be well on its way to B class. Pyrotec (talk) 18:43, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
