Speedy deletion nomination of KOSHISH every step towards literacy[edit]

Hello Akashmaurya24,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged KOSHISH every step towards literacy for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Vanjagenije (talk) 10:00, 4 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Problem with your custom signature[edit]

You have a custom signature set in your account preferences. A change to Wikipedia's software has made your current custom signature incompatible with the software.

The problem: Your preferences are set to interpret your custom signature as wikitext. However, your current custom signature does not contain any wikitext.

The solutions: You can reset your signature to the default, or you can fix your signature.

Solution 1: Reset your signature to the default:
  1. Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
  3. Remove anything in the Signature: text box. (It might already be empty.)
  4. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page. (The red "Restore all default settings" button will reset all of your preference settings, not just the signature.)
Solution 2: Fix your custom signature:
  1. Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
  3. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

More information about custom signatures is available at Wikipedia:Signatures#Customizing how everyone sees your signature. If you have followed these instructions and still want help, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Signatures. 05:12, 13 August 2020 (UTC)

I'm just going to drop this here[edit]

There's a notice at the top of the editing window for Allahabad that reads:

I don't know the history of this issue, but I think the above is pretty clear and if you are ignoring it, you are not acting in good faith. Please respect your fellow editors. SchreiberBike | ⌨  04:56, 29 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you don't know the HISTORY then why are you defending the name of allahabad...
this is your explicit ignorance ..
When refering to a place/region , let it be now be referred by its original and official name that is commonly used in public references...
People born in Prayagraj city are refered as "born in Prayagraj"...pls don't unnecessarily push allahabad name everywhere...
message is clear...Please LEARN HISTORY then become doorkeepers
how long will you shut your imaginary doors by reverting back?
Remember: Baghdad is capital of Iran not "Persia". akash deep maurya 05:12, 29 April 2022 (UTC)
Because the editors of Wikipedia have made a decision and I respect my fellow editors. Take a look at Talk:Allahabad. The question will come up for debate again in April 2023. SchreiberBike | ⌨  05:33, 29 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Akashmaurya24: You say, Baghdad is capital of Iran, huh? If your knowledge of history matches that of geography, then I'm afraid you should rather read Wikipedia than edit it. Now read: Capital of Iran. — kashmīrī TALK 15:24, 29 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Toddy1. I noticed that you recently removed content from Bharatiya Janata Party without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on Talk:Bharatiya Janata Party. Thanks.-- Toddy1 (talk) 09:05, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
