Images on Outdated theories of anaesthetic action

Hey there. Your image summaries look good. The images in the article, however, do not need the information template. You can take a look at my corrections to the article in the article history.

The last edit I made to the article also decreased the pixel sizes of the images. Some web browsers are set to 800 pixels wide. An image 700 pixels wide will take up the entire screen, not allowing text to wrap around it. While this can occur at times, it is not aesthetically pleasing to see it at the top of the article. If you absolutely think the image should be this large, you can place it lower in the article and I can assist with making sure it clears all text around it. There are four images in the article. The File:General anesthetics.png is the one at the top that you want 700 pixels, but it should be moved down. Where would you like the general anesthetics image to be? What about replacing the the top image? What should go there? --Moni3 (talk) 22:42, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

I am talking only about the first image(File:General anesthetics.png): it should be 700px and its best place will be at the end of first section. What do you mean by "add key"? I am new to wikipedia so not very used to the language. Anyway, thanks for help very much One question: Is it possible to rename the page a little bit since I will add modern theories too. Wouldn't just Theories of anaesthetic action be simpler? I meant by "key" that, since we need to make images usable in all the different language Wikipedias, I replaced the english legends with numbers, so you'll have to put in the caption what the numbers stand for. I can't find where I can edit the picture that you modified and where I can add the key (I can't find smth like "edit this page"). Also I still want to leave Noble gases He, Ar, Kr in this top picture because it is supposed to show diversity and simplicity of structures of general anaesthetics :) By the way can I change my user name to my full name (like yours) to "Anna Kuznetsova"? The image is here on Commons. For the article, just add the key in the text below the image (the image caption that currently says "Structures of general anesthetics widely used in medicine."). Feel free to modify it further. The easiest way to change what is shown when you sign is to go to "My preferences" at the top of this page, and type "Anna Kuznetsova" in the signature box. Another question: how can I make subsections (Stereoisomers,Nonimmobilizers, General anesthetic-induced changes in membrane density and fluidity, cutoff effect) under one major heading called "Objections to the lipid hypotheses of general anesthesia (expanded)"? How do you generally make subsections under one section? How I can make my references aligned into 2 columns? You need more than 2 in-line references for that to work. I've added a second in-line reference for you and swapped the template. Notice by the way that it uses curly brackets, not straight ones - it is {{reflist|2}}, rather than ((reflist|2)). I was formatting my references as you suggested without saving (I wanted to save at the very end). When I formatted all of them towards intext citations something happened (may be I pushed wrong button) and all my formatting disappeared. Is there any way to restore the last version? It says that somebody else was editing it at the same time (edit conflict)and that I have to transfer all my changes into the upper window before I can save. But I made so many changes to my references that I am lost in them and I can't save anything. Please help Anna Kuznetsova (talk) 22:19, 23 April 2009 (UTC)

Wikipedia's Manual of Style does not suggest separating citations by comma. It is ok to have them appear back to back without punctuation between. --Moni3 (talk) 15:19, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
