December 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did with this edit to Kari Jobe, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Funandtrvl (talk) 20:18, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

December 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Kari Jobe, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted (undone) by ClueBot NG.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • ClueBot NG produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please read about it, report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Kari Jobe was changed by Akwarrior1988 (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.920065 on 2010-12-30T20:18:07+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 20:18, 30 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The recent edit you made to Kari Jobe constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to remove content without explanation. Thank you. Pol430 talk to me 20:18, 30 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove content from pages without explanation, as you did with this edit to Kari Jobe. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Pol430 talk to me 20:23, 30 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Kari Jobe. Pol430 talk to me 20:24, 30 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

I appologize for the innapropriate behavior i have shown of Wikipedia. I promise you if i am unblocked I will behave in a professional manner.

Decline reason:

Why should we believe your promise to reform? You were given several warnings (and thus, opportunities to behave) above. What has changed now? TNXMan 20:15, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

As the message above indicated, use a {{unblock}} template to ask for an unblock. --Nlu (talk) 17:12, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

How about you unblock me for a day, and see how that goes. If i vandalize something or write innaprorpriate facts, you can ban me from this site. I give you my word, I learned. I've got a better attitude now, i know what it means to respect someone's content.

Decline reason:

Evidently your knowledge of what it means to respect someone's content didn't make you respect ours so why would that change now? I see no reason to believe you wouldn't continue to disrupt Wikipedia if unblocked, so I'm not going to unblock you. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 21:55, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I would like to issue a formal apology to the Wikipedia Company and wikipedia users. I'm sincerely sorry for the inappropriate behavior I have shown. If given the chance, i will show you that i'm a change person. So please give me the chance. I would like to be able to create pages. Akwarrior1988 (talk) 22:31, 3 January 2011 (UTC)

This request for unblocking has been declined due to your history of vandalism and/or disruption to this encyclopedia. However, we are willing to give you another chance provided that you can earn back the trust of the Wikipedia community. To be unblocked you need to demonstrate that you are willing and able to contribute positively to Wikipedia. You can do this by:

  • Familiarizing yourself with our basic rules.
  • Read our guide to improving articles
  • Pick any pre-existing article you wish to improve.
  • Click the Edit tab at the top of that article and scroll down past the message informing you of your block.
  • Copy the source of that article and paste it to the bottom of your talk page under a new top-level heading (like this: = [[Article title]] =) and save the page before you improve it.
  • Propose some significant and well researched improvements to your article by editing your personal copy of the article. Please note that we are not looking for basic typo corrections, or small unreferenced additions; your edits should be substantial, and reflect relevant policies.
  • When you are done with your work, re-request unblocking and an administrator will review your proposed edits.
    • If we (including the original blocking admin) are convinced that your proposed edits will improve Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, you will be unblocked.

If you need help while working with your proposed edits, you may add "{{helpme|your question here}}" to your talk page. Thank you.

As a further note, if your edits violate WP:BLP you will lose access tot his talk page. Courcelles 03:39, 4 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am not sure that you are making a good faith request in light of your subsequent edits to your talk page. Continued edits in this fashion, I think, will show that the request is not in good faith and calls for stripping of the ability to edit your talk page. --Nlu (talk) 09:41, 4 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
