Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Timeline of the Mexican Drug War may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 23:17, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome[edit]

Hey, welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for your updates in articles related to the Mexican Drug War! I saw your updates at the Timeline of the Mexican Drug War. Given the large amount of information that is available on the article and others that we could potentially put, we are trying to keep notable and relevant information on the timeline only. For example, the alleged death of El Azul is more notable than the arrest of his son. The arrest of his son should be updated on El Azul's page but should not be included on the timeline (unless his son were a very notable drug lord, which he isn't). Just thought I should let you know here on your talkpage.

Anyways, high death toll massacres are usually included (like the update you made about Tlatlaya — I totally forgot to include that). Other important events, like the inauguration of the Gendarmería Nacional, can be included too. The article needs a lot of updating and trimming, so feel free to work on it. I have overlooked it for a while and have been working on biographies and other stuff lately. Again, thanks for your contributions, and welcome. I am glad you are interested in the Mexican Drug War. I hope to be able to work with you in the future.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments. I am always around. ComputerJA () 15:38, 3 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The article 1995 Urologico San Roman Tragedy has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non notable and over detailed. Its riddled with or and sourced to wordpress

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
