Reverting vandalism[edit]

Thanks for helping to revert vandalism on Wikipedia. Please be careful with your reverts though. This edit for example, was restoring obvious vandalism. Please check that the article version you are reverting to isn't also a vandalised version such as here. Bennv3771 (talk) 10:05, 8 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your help with that vandal on Daisaku Ikeda by the way. Bennv3771 (talk) 10:33, 8 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

May 2018[edit]

Information icon Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. Abelmoschus Esculentus (talk to me) 01:38, 9 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A reminder[edit]

Hi AlbertOfPrussia, I am here to remind you that you can warn/notify users using Twinkle too. There is a "TW" menu next to the "Search Wikipedia" text box. You can warn a user by clicking "Warn", and then choose your reason or link the article. Thank you. Abelmoschus Esculentus (talk to me) 07:49, 9 May 2018 (UTC

Suggestion[edit]

Thanks for your effort to revert vandalism by Jeffreythefrog. If you see such disruptive edits, please do not manually revert them. You may miss other vandalisms the page. You just need to click "undo" on the page edit history and everything will settle itself. Thanks. Cerevisae (talk) 05:18, 12 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ronnie Screwvala[edit]

Just to let you know that you got it wrong by undoing my revert and restoring the first edit by the vandal. I was reverting "a Screwvala" and the second vandalism a distortion of the word people. Your edit restored the first vandalism, which also resulted in removal the second, but did not do the complete job. It can happen even to experienced editors. Please consider whether more than one vandalism has been done to the page and, in some cases, whether vandalism by more than one user has occurred. It is not always evident but editors must be as watchful as possible. Happy editing. Donner60 (talk) 02:34, 18 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you![edit]

I didn't see all that vandalism on Idol Producer (season 2). Thanks for spotting what I missed! The article needs some work still though, as I'm not sure if it's completely vandalism free at this point... I mean, check the infobox's producers section! Thanks for helping make Wikipedia a good place! andritolion (talk) 05:55, 27 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! I tried looking up sources to see whether or not the producer of Season 1, Lay Zhang was still the producer for the second season and found this article: http://www.dramapanda.com/2019/01/zhang-yixing-returns-for-season-2-of.html#comment-form which seems to confirm that he is still the producer of the show for Season 2. I've since added Lay Zhang as producer in the info box because of this. I'll also try to look through the rest of the article to find any remaining vandalism as well, and if the vandalism continues I'll probably submit a request for the article to be Semi-protected. Thanks again for the compliment! ~ AlbertOfPrussia talk 07:21, 27 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Destiny Email[edit]

I saw in another discussion that you sent Destiny an email asking permission and was wondering if you'd ever gotten a response. Thanks, ― TaltosKieronTalk 13:53, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yes I did. The gist was that he tried uploading a picture himself to the Wikimedia commons and sent me the link. But it got taken down after a couple days since there was no verification that it was actually him uploading it. When it got taken down I sent another message asking if he could email permissions-commons@wikimedia.org with a statement confirming that he gives permission for the image to be uploaded, but I never received a response back from him. Hope that helps! ~ AlbertOfPrussia talk
