Adding images[edit]

Images can be uploaded to Flickr by anyone, so it's not a good indicator of copyright status. The image on Flickr would itself have to be specifically offered under a compatible licence. There would be symbols on the original page that look like the ones here. Then you would have to add an appropriate tag to the Wikipedia image page that represents its licence.
