It's not clear from the draft that he meets WP:ARTIST or more generally WP:PERSON. If No Love Lost and Foriegner are "notable", then who has said what about them? (Currently, the article has one brief comment on the former, nothing about the latter.)

Without bothering to do more than a minimal investigation myself, I'd guess that he is notable. If I'm right, then demonstrate this.

The "Biography" section needs references. The list of exhibitions is largely unreferenced. One is described as "solo show"; should the reader infer that the others are participations in group shows? Which among these exhibitions really merit listing here? Could those that are worth listing not be formatted more compactly?

The "Selected reviews/interviews": Only minor use can be made in the article of interviews, but if reviews are substantive then they can be used in the article and then removed from this list.

I clicked on what's currently the last in the list of links: this describes a photobook in the works. Look in WorldCat to see what was actually published and link that. (The Independent article mentions Grieve's praise for Chris Killip's In Flagrante: this could be added.) --

Be careful with your user page: as it has no references I don't think it looks like an article, but other users may disagree, and call for its deletion, citing WP:User pages. A simple solution: Convert it from 3rd person to 1st person: thus not "she is" but instead "I am".
