I looked at the article again and it still appears as if the sources you provided do not quite rise to the level of what is required by WP:CORP. The Star-News article is certainly non-trivial coverage in a reliable source but it's still a small regional paper (under "primary criteria" at the aforementioned link: "The source's audience must also be considered; evidence of attention by international or national, or at least regional, media is a strong indication of notability, whereas attention solely by local media is not an indication of notability."). Hilarie Burton

Whether she is divorced from Ian Prange or not, considering she was married to him, he should not be completely removed from her Personal life section. I have restored a mention of him there, but tweaked it so that it does not state one way or the other as to whether they are still romantically involved with each other or not.
