It is a Mathematical Statistical Model developed
by a Dutch Professor Dr. Eng.Prof. M. Nabil Nassar. It is based on [1] and [2] and has been created
for optimizing environment to give optimized performance capabilities to the organization. Enhancing them to become Efficient
and Effective.

It helps the organizations/governments to Derive their Vision from the existing environment(socio/political/economic).
Then put the Vision on a SWOT analysis. In this Analysis, in the "Weaknesses" section we derive the weaknesses directly
from the vision and because there are weaknesses they will be the most potential threats for the org./gov. then set targets
and goals to turn these weaknesses into strengths so that we eliminate all the threats.The Objectives of any Organization/ Gov. should
come from weaknesses and threats then use strengths and opportunities to enhance them. Then comes the Tasks that come
in sequence which have to be performed in order to achieve these objectives.
The E+ Model then puts controllers on these task to ensure 100% delivery and success of the process.
