This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Request reason:

Sorry.I just start to use wikipedia. not very fimilar with it. I just want to share some information of electronic products with other people.like this user page: dfrobot. I've made some mistakes before, because I am not familiar with the related policies. I learnt a lot of it now. Noticed that I upload wrong picture. I will delete it, and will pay more attention to it

Decline reason:

Sorry, but Wikipedia isn't the place for advertising electronic products. Laser brain (talk) 13:56, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I promise no adversing any more. I didn't mean to it. It's a misoperation.I just want to make my user page like this one: seeedstudio. Please have a look at this page. I swear I don't want to use wiki for any advertising, I just want to share the information. Many people discuss the data with me. They are very useful. So I think more people should benefit from the data.

Decline reason:

If you want to create a wiki about a company/product, as seeedstudio have done, then you are welcome to do so. Visit Wikia and click the button marked "Start a Wiki". You cannot use Wikipedia for this purpose, however, and your account here will remain blocked. Yunshui  16:06, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Starting your own wiki[edit]

If you want to start your own wiki that uses the same software Wikipedia uses, you will have to go to the web site for MediaWiki and read how to install and host it. There are some web hosting providers that will install it for you, so you may want to look into that. The reason people use Wikia is because it's free (although ad-supported) and they take care of hosting. MediaWiki software is free, but you have to install and host it yourself. I hope this helps you get started. Please note that no one here can help you set up your own wiki. --Laser brain (talk) 10:27, 26 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
