Hey up. I've taken out your bit about International Fall Day. I'd celebrate MES over Jesus any day but facts have to be taken from reliable sources. Have a look at the welcome page if you have any questions or feel free to ask us. Cheers. Flowerparty 09:09, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, in principle everything in our articles has to come from reliable sources - essentially professional, published work by an author unaffiliated with the subject. Otherwise any old charlatan with an imagination could pile in and ruin the whole operation. It's unfortunate but sometimes stuff that was put on wikipedia as a joke does find its way into the press - like when Ronnie Hazlehurst died he was widely credited as the writer of "Reach for the Stars".[1] Lazy journalists. Currently the only mention of IFD - as I'm going to call it - is in the Liverpool Music Week and it's MES saying "I’ve just found out that it’s International Fall Day today. Nobody thought to tell me any earlier." - just him repeating something someone's told him five minutes ago. So no, that doesn't make it real, I'm afraid. And given the vast bulk of published material that does exist on the Fall, not worth mentioning in the article either. Maybe one day, eh? Btw, to sign your posts you need to type four tildes ~~~~ - like so. Flowerparty 17:12, 9 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
