As has repeatedly been explained to you only stations with articles on the English Wikipedia can be included, and the one you keep trying to add, does not have an article, so cannot be included.
In addition, you appear to be trying to promote this one channel, which suggests that you may have a conflict of interest, or may be doing this as part of your job, in which case you are a paid editor which requires you to mdisclose this before editing further.
