Wikipedia and copyright[edit]

I wonder if the issue is the biography. I copied from stanrichardson.com website. I maintained that website (I own the domain) and I wrote the biography for the site. Anyways, I changed and republish, I wonder whether that would help.

I am not sure I understand why this submission was rejected.

Stan Kakudo Richardson is at the same level as other shakuhachi players, like Riley Lee and Christopher Yohmei Blasdel. The 3 of them known each other and Riley and Yohmei had come to Stan Richardson Dojo more than once to practice. The three of them played together for a while in a group called "the three gaijingos". He has shared concerts with many of the players in List of shakuhachi players, Cornelius Boots, Gorō Yamaguchi, Ronnie Nyogetsu Reishin Seldin, and others.

He has payed in the National Museum of Asian Art, the Crow Museum of Asian Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston ^[1], the Kimbell Art Museum, among other venues.

I have added several references from different sources about Stan Richardson, only one reference is to his own website.

I understand he is not a very public figure, but if you are a shakuhachi player, you know about him and his work. He has 2 CDs published which are among the most referenced works by shakuhachi players.
