License tagging for Image:Austin.brown.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Austin.brown.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Michael Jackson picture[edit]

Please refrain from adding that picture. The current one we have is fine. If you wish to change that, please conduct a discussion in the talk page, but do not arbitrarily add this image anymore.UberCryxic 19:54, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please STOP from adding that image. It will be continuously deleted. The one we have in the lead now is much better; that's why we want to keep it. Thank you.UberCryxic 02:59, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Michael Jackson again[edit]

Hey, please see the talk page regarding your changes in the lead of the MJ article. I explained that putting in "African-American" does not represent a global viewpoint; it is more important that MJ is an American citizen rather than he is an African-American....again, to the global community (in America, yes it's more important that he's African-American, but once you adopt that standard you've broken Wikipedia global perspective requirements).UberCryxic 17:29, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Repost of Austin Brown[edit]

A tag has been placed on Austin Brown, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as articles for deletion. If you can indicate how Austin Brown is different from the previously posted material, or if you can indicate why this article should not be deleted, I advise you to place the template {{hangon}} underneath the other template on the article, and also put a note on Talk:Austin Brown saying why this article should stay. An admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 4 under General criteria. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please feel free to use deletion review, but do not continue to repost the article if it is deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. We welcome your help in trying to improve Wikipedia, and we request you to follow these instructions. The file File:AUST.GUITAR.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

orphaned file, no foreseeable use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Unsourced addition and edit warring at Candace Owens[edit]

Don't add unsourced content. We also don't have such a wikilink. -- BullRangifer (talk) 16:46, 8 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Candace Owens shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. -- BullRangifer (talk) 16:46, 8 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
