Re:Images on Sugarcane Grassy Shoot Disease (SCGS)[edit]

Hi, regarding the message you left on MBisanz's talk page, you did not select a free license for the images to be released under. The standard license is the Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 3.0 license, which you can read about here. REQUEST UNBLOCK OF IP 59.95.15.59[edit]

  • Well, This unblock is very unexpected. I have not clearly understood the REASONS OF UNBLOCK and term 'Open Proxy'. My PC or computers that I use to edit articles on Wikipedia are definitely not 'Zombie' computers but I am not sure whether they may be called so, technically or legally. I am not computer expert, I will read more about entire matter.
  • I have written only one full text article Sugarcane Grassy Shoot Disease on English Wikipedia, more active on Marathi Wikipedia. I am research scholar, doing my Ph. D. in Molecular Plant Pathology.
  • I am requesting clear instructions from administrators to follow next step. Few edits are in pipeline.
