I am having trouble finding directions on how to edit an article's URL. I just added "QMO" and the URL is coming in as "Qmo".

If you look at the top of the page, next to the 'history' button there is a move button. Just click on that one, and follow the directions. Hope this helps, if not, do not hesitate to contact me! Bjelleklang - talk 15:55, 26 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have noticed a number of MLM or Amway specific jargon in the text of articles I am editing. I don't think that breaking each term into a separate page is warranted at this point, yet the terms are important to comprehension. I would like to list the terms and their definitions on the page that could best be considered an overview of each topic (i.e. define "downline" on the "line of sponsorship" page). What is the approved Wiki way to list these terms and their definitions in an article?

If all you have is a word definition, you may want to see about adding it to Wiktionary and interwiki linking it. If a word requires a concept explaination beyond a simple dictionary definition, then it may be suitable for its own article or in a "group" article explaining various related concepts. Worse comes to worse, you could just explain a word directly in the context of the article if it can be done consisely so as to not be confusing. I think something such as the concept of a downline, where in regards to MLM marketing is probably a suitable topic for its own article. Assuming you could discuss the various methods it is employed by various systems. -Dawson 19:23, 26 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
