Montreal

The sources provided indicate Montreal is the 2nd largest predominantly French-speaking city in the world. There are larger African cities but those that have French-speaking populations are not predominantly French-speaking. We go by the sources, not what you or I believe is to be true. This has been discussed on the talk page. If you have new information, I suggest you take it there. There's also a problem with the term "Western" in this context.
