A tag has been placed on Michellediba requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. The article Weng's Cold Storage Industrial Company ammonia leak has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:NOTNEWS

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. The article Tia Marrie has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. I note your comment, but do not accept the implied rebuke. You made the edit summary request to userfy on October 14th; after several more edits the article was nominated for deletion and deleted on October 20th. While it is expected that an admin will give due consideration to the text of a nominated article, and will also ensure that the article has not recently been vandalized or otherwise mutilated, it is not expected that we should also read the edit summaries. If you expect an article to be deleted then the place to put a userfy request is on the article talk page if a deletion nomination is made; I assume that you watch pages you have recently created? This articles has already been deleted several times, and in my personal opinion nothing short of a complete re-write would give it any chance of surviving here. But I will move it to your talk-page if you wish. Let me know. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 11:57, 24 October 2013 (UTC)

New attack artilces

Every incident of casualties doesn't warrant its own page. Especially where there is no lasting notability. Three sentences can and should be added to the List of terrorist incidents, 2014 page(Lihaas (talk) 23:12, 12 March 2014 (UTC)).

When the event is notable enough for its own article, I create a new article. In the case of the attack in India, the event was covered in many news sources and I felt it was notable enough to have its own article. Also, I know that every incident does not warrant its own article. If I didn't know that, then I would have created articles on all the bombings that occur in places like Iraq. Hello, Andise1. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Suez bus crash, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Ravendrop 22:58, 5 April 2014 (UTC)

Private messages.

I don't know why you are leaving hostile notes on my talk page, but I suggest you approach admin if you have an issue with me, as I have no wish to communicate with you in the form of private messages. If indeed it is necessary to relay issues in this way, I will be sure to express my issues with you, on your talk pages also.

In particular, you were quick to intercede with condemnation of me, when I was addressing a poster who chose to quote me erroneously, in a pointed exchange targeting me. I do not smile at such behaviour. Now if you had also acted as some kind of arbitrary neutral, then maybe your words to me would have some credence. As it is, you ignore my issues and simply seek to valid other peoples. Go to admin if you have an issue with me, as I have no friendship or reason to trust you. I have a long list of recorded incidents where people have acted outside of wikiguidlines toward me, and I will continue to record these issues for that hearing.

If its necessary to relay issues personally, I am happy to play note tennis with you. If it is not, then by all means, talk to someone else about it, as in lieu of friendship or any show of common respect, etiquette or civility on your part, we literally have nothing to say.

Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.101.41.108 (talk) 00:15, 15 April 2014 (UTC)

Just wanted to say that I think what you wrote was well composed. It and the history speaks for itself. 331dot (talk) 02:00, 15 April 2014 (UTC)

Renaming an article

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to change 2014 Likasi train accident's title to 2014 Katanga train derailment by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you. —David Levy 04:15, 24 April 2014 (UTC)

Sorry, I originally created an article about the derailment before I noticed one was already created. I just did the cut and paste method because I completely forgot about using the move tab. I'll be sure to use the move tab next time. Andise1 (talk) 04:40, 24 April 2014 (UTC)

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Mr. Guye (talk) 22:59, 2 June 2014 (UTC)

Do not remove speedy deletion tags you have created yourself. Please contest the deletion, instead. Tutelary (talk) 00:00, 3 June 2014 (UTC)

Trevor Moran

Hi Andise1, I would like to direct your attention to an issue, that another editor brought to my attention, at User talk:Mkdw#Trevor Moran regarding the notability of the article person Trevor Moran. I would like for you two to talk it out before continuing to edit the article. Thanks, Mkdwtalk 21:26, 4 June 2014 (UTC)

Talkback

Hello, Andise1. You have new messages at Talk:Dads (band).
Message added 18:58, 29 June 2014 (UTC). You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

Vanjagenije (talk) 18:58, 29 June 2014 (UTC)

The article Real Friends has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Band fails WP:BAND...no charting songs, no certified/charting albums, no independently notable musicians, etc.

Shearonink (talk) 02:26, 14 July 2014 (UTC)

I deleted your speedy deletion tag. The band is very notable and has had news articles written about them. The band is also touring as part of the Vans Warped Tour, which is another component of their notability. I will try and work on the article and add more information when I get the chance. I think the article has room for improvement among other editors, and has more information than some other articles on Wikipedia. Andise1 (talk) 02:40, 14 July 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for your articles, really. But this one, sorry, difficult to see how it can pass WP:NMUSIC, are there sources that can prove notability for the song? In ictu oculi (talk) 23:04, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

Also It's Just Love is just the "other side" of a double-A-side single in old vinyl terminology, that's what the Amazon jpg shows. Normally these would be one article not two. Cheers. In ictu oculi (talk) 23:06, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of The Greatest Generation tour, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.altpress.com/news/entry/the_wonder_years_announce_north_american_tour_with_defeater_citizen_real_fr.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
