Go to your User Page (your main account page) and click the "edit source" button on the top right. There, you'll see an infobox on the top. Insert the information that you want and leave the fields where you do not want to insert information. Insert data carefully, as one mistake may disrupt the appearance of the box. @Angellka Shurtschen: What do you mean we're blind, your references about Miss Universe UAE is about the first "Top 15" contestants which was for 2021. And, there is no response to the organization about the re-continued debut of the United Arab Emirates in Miss Universe. Plus, you are just using an "article" to gain information. You should know that Wikipedia is not a reliable source, as I already said that in the talk page of Miss Universe 2022. We didn't even get a response from you there even I pinged you. Again, for the last time, do not add content without proof, real proof, and never ever use references, which pointing about 2021 events, and using Wikipedia articles, as sources. The community warned you the other day, but now this is your second warning. You maybe blocked or banned in editing Wikipedia, as I keep repeating to tell that. Edit wars are a threat to the community, so we try our best to avoid it.
