If you'll excuse me, the article that you've just deleted DID have encyclopedic value. It was an accurate representation of the sequence of events that is relevant to anybody who might be searching for information about the actual events, which were published. It has historical value because it's affected University policy, is a "current event" as it documents the facts behind ongoing legal preceedings, and is of interest to students of this University, readers of the media in which it is published, as well as anyone else who may wish to know about a rather large scandal and coverup that may be present in the school they attend, the school they are considering attending, or a school that they wish to know more about. I request reinstatement of the article. It can be edited to seem less like an "invasion of privacy" (although it wasn't). You may say it's "NOR", however it is based on fact - and it has been published in the Star-Telegram. A link would be provided if the archives for that paper were free online, but they're not.

I just looked at the article again. Let me say that it's not encyclopedic, it's much more about a personal beef at someone's work. For example, there is a list of names in this article. Some of these people are notable and information can be found out about them. The other names are of people who simply do not appear anywhere on any Google, ISI, or Lexus search (I checked). I think it's pretty clear these names didn't appear in any Star-Telegram article; there would be an archived copy. Just an fyi - the guy who keeps posting these articles was also the same guy who threatened to blow up the library and kill all the librarians in the building. The items in the story are totally untrue - it is just the mad ravings of a lunatic, anti-social, psychopath.
