The RickK Anti-Vandalism Barnstar
I've got to hand it to you, I didn't know it was possible for one person to beat me on reverts in Huggle five times in a row.... Thingg 00:06, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
Thanks, I normally don't go that fast. Maybe is because it's April fools or the last day of March :) Antonio Lopez (talk) 00:21, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

Down for Life

Look at the crap that I removed... you call that constructive? I removed information that was inappropriate for an article's talk page, per Wikipedia guidelines. I intend to revert your edit.--207.67.94.238 (talk) 00:10, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

April Fool's Day

Hi! This is the guy that edited the to-do list. C'mon, buddy! It's April Fool's Day! Especially in this depressed day and age, we need to cheer up a little. 68.35.20.207 (talk) 23:09, 1 April 2008 (UTC)The Editor Who Edited the To-Do List

Awarding Barnstar

The Barnstar of Good Humor
Aprils fools day was a blast. Loads of users lightened up to have good old fashion fun. I want to thank you for taking part in editing this page in particular and even though I may not know you, embrace the same talk pages, or even edit with you in the near future, I'd like to award you this Barnstar for making Wikipedia a fun environment in which to contribute. Until next year. :) SynergeticMaggot (talk) 13:09, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

thanks Antonio Lopez (talk) 15:46, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

Why did you add an empty References section to Workplace Shell? --87.189.115.69 (talk)

Sorry about that. Antonio Lopez (talk) 20:53, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

Vandalism to Template:Close Relationships

Someone from the IP 74.181.157.250 keeps vandalizing Template:Close Relationships. I've noticed that you've issued to them a final warning on their talk page, and I would like to let you know that I've since undone 2 of their edits. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Revancher (talkcontribs) 02:23, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

Done I made the report Antonio Lopez (talk) 02:27, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
Have you heard of Twinkle? With that code you can warn a user/vandal on their talk page when you warn them. Antonio Lopez (talk) 03:35, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

Yes, actually. I'm not so sure if I should use it though; I'm a bit shaky when it comes to Java apps. Would you recommend it? Revan(Talk?) 05:26, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

Sure, just read through the page in how to use and install Twinkle. You can also make subpage in your user page for example a sandbox in which you could practice using Twinkle in that page's discussion page such as I did here myself to test warnings. Antonio Lopez (talk) 15:22, 5 April 2008 (UTC)
Installed it. It's pretty neat. Thanks for mentioning that. Revan (Talk?) 16:11, 5 April 2008 (UTC)
Hope you enjoy it, try Anti vandal tool (javascript), WP:Friendly (javascript) and WP:Huggle (Windows program that is really fast for reverting vandalism ) if you have time Antonio Lopez (talk) 16:22, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

Thank you

Thanks for your efforts in clearing up the vandalism to my talk page. --Deadly∀ssassin(talk) 05:25, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

This message is a distraction meant to give me a chance at reverting the next vandalism to the Victoria Cross article. Hehe...nice job on the quick reverts this evening. --OnoremDil 01:12, 9 April 2008 (UTC)

Vandalize?

I did not vandalize any page! I simply made a mistake in adding an extra 'External Links' tag which I was about to remove! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.157.201.135 (talk) 23:06, 9 April 2008 (UTC)

Vandalism

67.205.94.10 has continued to vandalize despite your recent final warning. His most recent was at Danielle Pafunda. Perhaps a block is in order? —Bpogi (talk) 23:09, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

What?

Hello, please stop warning me for editing my own pages. I have a right to delete my user talk page and the proper tag I placed provides me five days for it to happen. Thanks Gump (talk) 18:32, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Wrong, I warned about this edit which you did not have the right to blank, and then you removed my warning. --Antonio Lopez (talk) 18:36, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
You submitted that while I was editing the article and I thought it was a mistake that I created. Gump (talk) 18:53, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Hi, you keep reverting a page that I am editting. The reason why I am editting it is because the information is inaccurate. I actually work for the company that is reference and in an effort to continuously improve wikipedia we have to make sure that the information is accurate and timely. Thank you - bkbonita 04/15/2008.

Your advice

Heya Antonio Lopez, Was just wondering whether you can tell me what tool for vandalism is the best in your mind do you think? Im just trying out all the ones to see which suits me and is the best to use and i see on your userpage that you have VP and Huggle, i assume you've tried TW. Which one do you like? Roadrunnerz45 (talk) 05:22, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

Actually, I have no favorite; the tools I started off with were Anti-Vandal tool, Twinkle and Friendly in combination (all JavaScript), then when I made the edit requirement I tried out WP:VP and later I found a really interesting program called Huggle.
I recommend the "Friendly Twinkle Anti-vandal tool combination",VP and huggle. I rarely use VP due to the fact I have not upgraded yet, but I do like the user watchlist feature so you can keep track of any users that seem suspicious. Another reason I recommend you to use those tools because each of tools get different feeds that the other might miss.
Huggle is one the fastest tools out there, it can increase your edit rate to 2000 edits per month or higher, but you have to be careful with it, I seen people go to fast that it affects their request for adminship just because they accidentally tagged an article for deletion by mistake and mindless reverting or users going for an RFA in just two months just because they made alot of mainspace in a short time .
Also I do believe that huggle can be used to chat in the IRC, but I have not enable that feature in my CSS file yet.
Antonio Lopez (talk) 14:56, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
Also, I think VP is not working right now. (User talk:AmiDaniel/VP/Discuss) Antonio Lopez (talk) 00:40, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for the great advice, i appreciate it very much. Happy Wikipeding! Roadrunnerz45 (talk) 08:12, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

SASUKE/ American Ninja Challenge

Hello!

I work for G4, and there is info that has been continually reverted that we are trying to keep private until after the show airs.

By publishing the results of the American Ninja Challenge that has not aired, it damages our numbers on the 18th.

PLEASE do not state the results of the American Competitors on the English page, as MANY americans have not yet seen the actual show (It has only aired in Japan thus far)

If you have questions regarding this please email me at jwilson@comcastnets.com

(comcast is our parent company)

Thank you,

Jennifer —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jennawils (talkcontribs) 22:35, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

Well the information in Wikipedia is worldwide and is not limited to Americans (don't forget Australia, Europe, Africa and even Japan ), so it can be placed because the information is from the past and is not from the future, also it is recommended for users not to edit articles that are related to the company they work for. Antonio Lopez (talk) 22:51, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

thank spam

Thank you for voting in my RfA, which passed with 194 supporting, 9 opposing, and 4 neutral.
Your kindness and constructive criticism is very much appreciated. I look forward to using the tools you have granted me to aid the project. I would like to give special thanks to Tim Vickers, Anthony and Acalamari for their nominations.
Thank you again, VanTucky

Hi, the recent edit you made to Brian Kernighan has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. Antonio Lopez (talk) 16:50, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

It was totally constructive djerkwad. I was summammarizing the article into a single sentence. Fucking hot is what it was. Listen, that guy made the original C compiler. Ritchie I mean, Kerninghan was a twat.--Sytaph (talk) 17:32, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
