Question for administrator

There is a Special:PrefixIndex, why not a Special:SuffixIndex?

Probably because pages are generally sorted by what they start with. As an example it's useful for finding multiple Wikipedia:Articles for deletion discussions about the same article because they all start with the same thing, such as searching for Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Foo would bring up, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Foo (2nd nomination), Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Foo (3rd nomination), etc. Another use for it is searching for subpages (either user subpages or talk page archives). There are few subjects that would be common by the last word(s) in their title. You can perform a makeshift suffixindex by going to Special:Search, which will take you to an actual search, rather than taking you to a page with an exact match.
