Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 08:30, 17 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Q[edit]

After all the turbulence at Talk:Judit Polgár, there can't be closure? Ihardlythinkso (talk) 23:52, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I haven't been back to that page since I last posted but I see that the push back showed there was some agreement on it as of right now. I still don't agree but respect the change that all of you agreed on.--Applespeachespumpkinpie (talk) 19:09, 19 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Just curious, what don't you agree? (You were clear about asserting there were no supporting RSs for the text you removed, there were none in the lede, but actually 13 in the corresponding article section. Was it a simple oversight?) Ihardlythinkso (talk) 19:29, 19 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
No, it's the language. I understand that "strongest" has a meaning in chess but I think it's more subjective in business English... hence a four year conversation about it. You all agree however that it should stay like this. I saw something in the talk page about a glossary so I guess it's fine. It's still not how I would chose to have it but again, majority rules.--Applespeachespumpkinpie (talk) 19:38, 19 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The Glossary entry was a suggestion I made back when but never did. So I did now, I'd be interested in your feedback if you think it helps. (Meanwhile, if ProjChess members think it's overkill, I've asked them to revert. We'll see.) Ihardlythinkso (talk) 21:36, 19 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
