Follow-up from IRC[edit]

Hi there. If you asked a question at IRC in the channel #wikipedia-en-help under the name SEEA, I was unable to answer your question before you left. I believe that when you attempted to translate an article using the Content translation tool, you were unable to publish the page because English Wikipedia restricts the ability to create articles using that tool to extended confirmed users. I'm sorry for the difficulty. If you're new to English Wikipedia it's probably best for you to start by translating the content into a draft and submitting it for review via Articles for creation. – Anon423 (talk) 00:48, 6 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
