Date Format[edit]

Please be aware of the date formatting guidelines for Wikipedia at WP:MOS or WP:ERA. The numerical year should be separated from the era by only a single non-breaking space, often added to the page using " ", so 400 BCE will usually look like 400 BCE in the page's markup, but will look like 400 BCE on the page. The reason for doing this is to prevent the year and era from being separated from each other during a line-wrap (where the year is at the end of one line, and the era is at the beginning of the next). What consensus? Wikipedia is not a polling effort but an attempt to produce a dynamic encyclopaedia. However, I believe that there is a consensus in most standard published dictionaries that the term, "propaganda", is negative while "discourse" is neutral.
