I’ve unblocked. There was a mass event today where hundreds of users received similar messages. It was some sort of coordinated attack but not an actual security breach, no accounts were compromised as resetting someone else’s password doesn’t do that. Password resets are “throttled” and that is why this user was unable to change it again, probably they could do so in 24 hours but it isn’t even really needed.
