Federer article[edit]

Consensus was made at Rod Laver talk and the Federer and Nadal articles were notified of the discussion. At most we leave the subjective items in a legacy section where we can add a host of quotes. It has already been done at Laver and Nadal articles. Encyclopedia Britannica handles it the same way, with no mention of goat. Every generation has a player that other players, fans, and magazines gush over as the greatest of all-time. Even in my lifetime I've seen 4 or 5 men get the accolade, plus 4 or 5 women. In the next 50 years there will probably be 8-10 more. As an encyclopedia we try not to be subjective and water cooler goats are really out there in that dept. That's why consensus went with one of the greatest. Otherwise we'd have to go and do it again and wind up changing Laver, Nadal, and several others back to greatest of all-time.
