Hey, Asaleemkhan, I see that you've recreated the page. I've flagged it for deletion again, since it still doesn't make any claims towards notability. Y'see, notability means that a subject has coverage in multiple, independent, reliable sources, and I can't find any for this person (presumably you?) Also, as JohnCD says above, it's really not recommended to write an article about yourself, as it is nearly impossible to maintain the neutral point-of-view required of a Wikipedia article when writing about oneself. If you have any questions about this, I'd be happy to answer them at my talk page. Thanks! Writ Keeper 20:51, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Advertising yourself[edit]

Although we do not explain it as well as we should to new users at the time of joining, Wikipedia is not a site like Myspace or Facebook for people to write about themselves, for reasons explained at Wikipedia is not about YOU and Wikipedia:Autobiography. It is a project to build an encyclopedia and, in order to maintain a neutral point of view, users are strongly discouraged from editing on any subject on which they have a conflict of interest. Also please note that Wikipedia is not the place to post your résumé. Your Talk page gives more or less the basic information about you which is ok. Spamming your own website on the other hand is not. I have removed the link and you reverted w/o explanation or questions as of why. Please read the linked pages in this message and similar messages above that you have received. We value contributors that will work to enhance the project. We do not value advertising, as it is not condusive to the goals of an encyclopedia. -- Alexf(talk) 16:04, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Asaleemkhan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 17:44, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

August 2012[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at A saleemkhan, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. Enough is enough. We've tried to explain to you what's wrong with the page, and you've ignored us, to the point of evading the creation protection. Just stop, man. Writ Keeper 18:19, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Help Request?[edit]

Hi... I noticed that you put a 'Help Me' tag on the A saleemkhan page. Is there something I can help you with? You can reply here or on my talk page. Wikipelli Talk 18:28, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Pages about yourself[edit]

Hello....

I see that you have created a page which appears to be about yourself. As explained earlier, this is not appropriate for Wikipedia. You can put information about yourself on your own user page, but not as an 'article'. If you have questions, please leave them here or you can put them on my talk page. Thanks!
