Update for Wikipedia entry, All Saved Freak Band Oct. 08

I've edited the page to remove subject matter that belongs in its own entry, ending the conflict between two, distinct subject matters - The All Saved Freak Band and the Church of the Risen Christ. The entire page was updated with info about ASFB in an effort to make it a worth while contribution for Wikipedia. All info is based on entries made by ASFB co-founder, Joe Markko.
