Chat Activity[edit]

Thanks for stopping by the English Wikipedia Help chat. To help increase the likelihood of your article being accepted into the Article namespace, it will need to work to become more notable of a subject, have more coverage by reliable sources, become wikified, and be a subject that is encyclopedic. If you can meet those goals, the likelihood of your article being accepted is greatly increased. Thanks again for stopping by. Piandcompany (talk) 00:19, 2 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to emphasize that the sources need to be secondary and independent. So, your own website about your own country isn't going to help an article about said country to "stick". You can certainly link to that website from the article (in fact, that might be a good idea), but it won't count as a source. Understand? --I dream of horses If you reply here, please leave me a {{Talkback}} message on my talk page. @ 00:25, 2 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on The Principality of Archica requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a club, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

Please stop making up things and putting them in the encyclopedia. The bar for micronations is rather high: they must have received significant coverage in major independent media. Acroterion (talk) 21:35, 8 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at The Principality of Archica, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. NawlinWiki (talk) 16:06, 28 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Wikipedia does not exist to provide a platform for people to publicise their fantasies. JamesBWatson (talk) 16:58, 22 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Dagdan[edit]

Hello AstroLord,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Dagdan for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Anastasia Bykova (talk) 00:26, 29 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Article Feedback deployment[edit]

Hey AstroLord; I'm dropping you this note because you've used the article feedback tool in the last month or so. On Thursday and Friday the tool will be down for a major deployment; it should be up by Saturday, failing anything going wrong, and by Monday if something does :). Thanks, Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 22:02, 13 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
