Re:User:81.77.50.15 and User:Ipodamos

I will have a look at the contributions, but it's not always clear to me who is notable and who isn't in Greece, unless it's an obvious vanity/silly addition. ... discospinster talk 02:17, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

RC vandals

I noticed that you've been reverting some vandalous edits, but you could also add warnings so that it can shown that they've been warned, but are ignoring the warnings. Admins tend to lean more towards blocking where warranted if it can be shown that final warnings are being ignored. Sometimes it also stops vandals in their tracks. --BrokenSphere 22:10, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

Oh yeah - if someone is ignoring warnings and you feel that admin intervention is warranted, report them to Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. --BrokenSphere 22:16, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

3 revert rule/3RR

Be careful with the Solomon page, you may have crossed the 3 revert rule threshhold. --BrokenSphere 22:20, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

I'm put this page on my watchlist to try and help you with your 3RR concerns (after seeing the request on AIV). Hope this helps, and hopefully we can stop the vandal! - G1ggy Talk/Contribs 22:27, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

And he's been blocked. Just remember for the future though, you made about 10 reverts to that page... - G1ggy Talk/Contribs 22:31, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

Augusta Mall

I have declined to delete this page as a speedy; being largest mall in a region is an assertion of importance, and speedy cannot be used if there is any assertion of importance.

Anyway, malls are generally considered significant if large enough or the main regional mall. Anything over 1 million square feet is unquestionably large enough, and often over 600,000. And it's the main regional mall. See WP:MALLS for discussion, and if you don't agree about the above, that's the place to say so. If you disagree about this particular mall, you can nominate it for AfD, but my advice to you is that malls of this significance are always kept when brought there. The article is unsourced, and I put on an appropriate tag.DGG 14:55, 18 June 2007 (UTC) See

my error

I thougt you had placed a speedy tag on Augusta Mall. and I notified you it wasn't eligible for speedy-- but that is my error, it was an AfD tag, which you are perfectly entitled to do. DGG 14:59, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

actually

Actually I see it was not exactly an error, that you had placed the tag, and then changed it to the AfD tag , so I'm replacing the previous notice I removed, to keep the messages straight. Please forgive the removal and restoration of that on your user page--One normally does not remove material from other peoples user pages, and I wouldn't have done it except that I was confused by the rapid sequence.

And I highly commend your work in deleting a number of inappropriate Augusta area shopping centers from WP. But Atlanta is a clearly notable one, & I'll defend it at AfD as strongly as I can. Surrey is probably a notable one, and I'll defend it also. It's not uncommon when deleting a group of articles to go just a little too far--this is just a friendly note. Please reconsider your opinion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alton C. Crews Middle School in light of changes

Hi,

A large number of improvements have been made to the Alton C. Crews Middle School article since your nomination. Please take another look and reconsider. Thanks! Noroton 18:38, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
