The Burke Special ran from 1972 to 1976. It was one of the featured shows on TV 73 - the Defining Shows on BBC4 on 6 April 2006 - Repeated tonight, 19 April. Grant 21:04, 10 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry to use the Discussion page, but I'm having trouble locating your talk page. The Welsh Harp Inn is called the Welsh Harp Inn in Pigots Directory 1825, several years before the lake was built. I can't find any reference to the lake being called the Welsh Harp because of its shape before 1950. It looks like a harp to me also, but all authorities all agree that it is the name of the inn not the shape of the lake (which prior to the landlord Warner renting the lake was called Kingsbury Water). I will change it back again unless you find a definative "its name is taken from its shape".
